1 hour of activity

I am having trouble with coming up with an activity I can do every day for an hour. Yesterday I shopped for an hour but today there was no such activity.

Up and Down

Down is good and up is bad. I don't like it but today was a good day the weight is down. I weighed 335 tonight on my scale earlier this week I was 344. I am still not proud of the weight loss because I don't feel if it is a real loss or just that I fluctuate so wildly. I will be really ecstatic when I drop below 330. If I staick to this program I will lose weight. Sticking to the program is hard for me. My wife has been supportive. She has bought me the things I have asked for to help me maintain low calorie counts. However, she also has bought Doughnuts, cheetos, and oreos. Not all of those are bad others in my house can eat them without worry but they are very tempting when left out in view not just for a little while but for days now the very yummy doughnuts have been left out on the stove. I have to go now and wash the dishes so I can make shakes tomorrow. Another thing my wife could have done in support, but as always it is all on me.

Living with the diet

I hate being on a diet. A diet means not doing stuff to me. I don't get to do the things I want to do. Denying myself is not my normal life. The denying is teaching me some levels of control that I have long needed in my life.  I have been able to deny myself even more things besides that wonderful bowl of pasta at every meal. So living on a diet is teaching me.

After Christmas before New Year.

I got a nice digital scale to weigh my Fatboy body on with some accuracy I hope. So after blowing my diet for the Christmas season. I weighed on the new scale 356. Yesterday I weighed again and I now weigh 344 so I can tell you my weight fluctuates wildly. I still have been doing the shakes and the normal supper between the holidays. Today is the new year and I don't have a resolution I have a goal to reach.

Weigh In #3

336 so I have lost 4 lbs or 10 lbs in 2 weeks depending on which of the previous weigh ins you count.

Day 14 Christmas Eve

I don't know if the diet is causing any weight loss or not. I have an initial weigh in of 340 and a second weigh in of 346 but I have gone another week on the diet. So I will either get a scale for Christmas or I'll have to buy one. My thinking now is I'll have to weigh twice on it before knowing for sure if I am losing weight or not.
